SHOPPING & PAYMENTS
Go to our main navigation bar, browse items by category, and select the items you want to buy. After finalizing your choice(s) go for checkout, and select your shipping methods and payment options. Once you have made the payment your checkout will be complete.
Step 1: Choose the product(s) you want to buy. If you are on the category page, click on the “Details” Button for viewing detailed description or, you can directly add the product to the cart by clicking on the Add To Cart button.
Step 2: If you are on the details page, read the details of the product. Select your desired size (if applicable) and input quantity and then press Add To Cart button.
Step 3: Once you click Add to Cart, a pop-up drop-down list for selecting your preferred shipping location will appear.
a) Select your preferred shipping location & press the “CONTINUE” button.
b) If you are already logged into your account, the location selector drop-down will not appear.
Step 4: Upon selecting location/ clicking on Add to Cart button, a mini-cart will appear.
a) If you want to buy more items, add more items to your card.
b) If you have a coupon code, click on the Apply Coupon button at the bottom of the mini-cart, a coupon code field will appear. Apply your coupon here.
c) If you want to proceed to checkout with the items in your cart, press the “Continue” button.
Step-5: Once you click on Continue in mini cart, you will land to a 4-step checkout page.
a) You can go back to the cart by Clicking “Shop More” button on Mini Cart if you decide to add more items to the cart.
b) If you are a registered customer, enter your Email/Phone and Password and login to your account.
c) If you have forgotten your password, you can recover by clicking Forgot password.
d) If you are not a registered customer, enter your Email address or phone no and complete your registration by inputting required contact and shipping information for the order.
e) After Login/Completing registration, the checkout will move you to the “Shipping Address” step.
Step 6: Please select a shipping address from your available Shipping Address list. You can also edit an existing address or Add a New Address.
Step 7: Select the Shipping Method. Shipping Charge breakdowns are shown as per possible shipments. Click on Continue, the checkout will move you to the Payment Method step.
Step 8: Select your preferred Payment Method from the available payment methods – COD/Visa/Master/Amex or bKash.
Step 9: Click “Confirm Order” button, you will get a thank you message. If you have chosen online payment, you will be redirected to payment gateway where you need to provide the required card for completing the payment.
a) You will get an SMS & Email confirming your order placed successfully.
b) Our customer support team will contact you for processing the order.
We process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses you could consider placing separate orders and making payments for them separately.
Simply go to the contact us page to send a query and we will notify you shortly. Please have your order number handy to insert into the required field.
If you are a registered user you can check your order status at any time. To do so click on my order history after logging into your Sholoana account.
We accept payments by Visa and Master Card (debit, credit and gift cards), as well as payments by bKash and cash-on-delivery.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery after your order is confirmed. We will not be able to deliver to lockdown areas.
We ship to your address (within Bangladesh) via courier services from our warehouse in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Once you check out, a courier service will automatically be assigned to your order based on the shipping address you have provided
We offer free shipping if billing amount is BDT 5,000 or more. Our standard shipping charges start from BDT 80 and express shipping charges start from BDT 280.

Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to help you change your shipping address after you have placed an order.
Currently we are unable to ship products outside of Bangladesh. However, you can place an order from outside of Bangladesh and we can deliver it to your friends and family in Bangladesh.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We cover 3 Days Replacement Guarantee (except intack box or packet) for physical products sold on Sholoana.com.bd.
- Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery.
- Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.
REQUIREMENT FOR A VALID RETURN:
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
- Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM (General):
- Delivery of wrong product
- Delivery of defective product
- Delivery of the products with missing parts
- Incorrect content on the website
THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Skincare, Cosmetics & Perfumes
- Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs and combs
- Consumables such as cigars and beverages
CANCELLATION & REFUND DUE TO PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:
- Delivery of the ordered items is subject to availability of the products at our store. Sholoana authority may cancel any order within 4 to 25 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.
- If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the products, the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.
- In the a case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund, if not received any cashback, within 1-15 working days. Received Cashback amount will be adjusted with the refund amount.
- If the refund amount is below Tk 300, the refund amount will be disbursed through bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
- If the refund amount is below Tk 50, the refund amount will be disbursed as mobile top-up/recharge to the customer.
- After confirming any Order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and an online payment is already made by the customer against that order, Sholoana will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
- Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain vendors’ products. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
• Damages due to misuse of the product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Inner wear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
